Description
Proposed 103-room hotel with a separate 8,000 square foot commercial building. The 77,532-square-foot hotel building would be 3-4 stories tall, with a maximum height of 53 feet. The hotel would be three stories closest to Redwood Blvd, and step up to four stories towards the east side of the lot. The proposed 8,000-square-foot pad building would be one-story and front Redwood Blvd. A total of 160 parking spaces are proposed, including 119 on-site spaces and 41 on-street spaces along Redwood Blvd and Golden Gate Place. An alternative site plan will also be considered that shift the proposed Redwood Blvd. access north, completely on the Dairymen's site. This alternative site plan includes a reduced 6,500 square foot commercial building, a reduction in total number of parking to 146 spaces, and a reduction in the number of trees.
