Description

The Hanna Ranch Mixed Use project was approved by the City Council in December 2011.  The property owner, Hanna Ranch Conservation, LLC, is now proposing to modify the Hanna Ranch Mixed Use project. The project approved in 2011 consisted of a 116-room hotel (70,573 square-feet), 34,621 square-feet of retail space, 21,190 square-feet of office space, and two restaurants totaling 10,000 square-feet, representing a combined building program of 136,384 square-feet of floor area.

Hanna Ranch Conservation’s revised 2017 project proposal includes a 125-room hotel (74,200 square-feet), 12,500 square-feet of retail space, 26,200 square-feet of office space, 11,158 square-feet of restaurant space, and a Costco Fuel Center (control enclosure – 120 square feet), representing a total building program of 125,178 square-feet.
