City Announces Free Workshop Series for Local Businesses

The City of Novato is committed to helping our business community thrive and is partnering with the Marin SBDC by offering a series of free workshops to our local businesses. These workshops are designed to provide expert training and strategies to businesses of all stages and sizes from start-ups to long-established companies. All workshops are held at Novato City Administrative Offices, 2nd floor, 922 Machin Avenue in Novato.

Workshop #1: Sexual Harassment Training

Wednesday, September 25, 2019 from 6 - 8:30pm
Businesses with 5 or more staff (including part-time and full-time employees or independent contractors) are required by the State of California to have all staff complete a sexual harassment training. Supervisors must complete a 2 hour training and non-supervisor staff must complete a 1 hour training (note: non-supervisors may leave after the first hour). This workshop will include a certificate of completion.
