For the second year in a row, Novato has been designated as a Playful City USA. In partnership with the Humana Foundation, KaBOOM! is honoring cities and counties across the country for making their communities more playable, and Novato is one of the 257 communities receiving this designation in 2016.

Hill Recreation Area Fields Re-open May 31st
The City's Public Works crews have completed extensive maintenance and repair work at the Hill Recreation Area, and the Hill Athletic Fields will re-open on Tuesday, May 31st.
