Description
The project will consist of traffic lanes reconfiguration, parking stalls, traffic sign installation and construction of a Multi Use Path.

Benefit
Accommodation of on-street parking for employees of Vintage Oaks, grade-separated pedestrian and bicycle facilities, enhanced crosswalks, traffic operations improvements, aesthetic enhancements including 28 tree wells and wildlife viewing platforms.
Schedule
Construction started on August 15, 2022. Projected completion is mid-November 2022.
Cost
The available $1,600,000 budget is split - 50% City of Novato and 50% Vintage Oaks.
