The Building Maintenance Division provides daily custodial services and general cleaning to the  Police Department building.  They also, twice weekly, provide custodial services and general cleaning to all other buildings within the Civic Center complex.  They clean and sanitize, daily, all restrooms within the facilities and remove trash from offices.  The Division also provides all services necessary for events scheduled in the Community House for both public and private use, provides scheduled custodial services at the CIP Offices and 1530 Novato Boulevard, provides weekly custodial services at the Historical Museum and responds to service requests for special building maintenance services, i.e., interior painting, collection of recycled products, cabinet making, exterior litter, trash pick up, etc., as time and staffing permits.
