Description
Proposal for the construction of three (3) new buildings and site improvements for 178 new residential units, including 25 affordable below market rate units, and 14,000 square feet of retail space. The buildings consist of one (1) 3-story building with retail on the ground floor, and 26 residential units on the upper two floors, and two (2) 4-story buildings with a combined total of 152 residential units. Additional site improvements include frontage improvements along Redwood Blvd. (i.e., sidewalk, parking, and bike lane), an outdoor plaza area, and a common area landscaped green space. On-site parking includes 263 residential parking spaces and 183 commercial parking space (including the existing Trader Joe’s parking). Additionally, 19 on-street parking spaces are proposed.
