I am interested in buying a unit at Meadow Park. What is the process?

The City has contracted with Rise Housing Solutions, a non-profit affordable housing management firm, to provide sales and purchase assistance of below market rate homes at Meadow Park.

I am interested in renting an affordable unit. Do I contact the City?

No. You must contact the affordable rental development that you are interested in to see if there are any vacancies.

Novato Senior Housing & Services

There is housing available for households of very-low, low, and moderate income. The State of California determines the income levels on an annual basis. Incomes are adjusted by household size.

The Marin County Housing Authority is responsible for the administration of the Section 8 program. They can be contacted at www.marinhousing.org.
