The Housing and Homeless committee was created to provide information and make recommendations to the City Council regarding homeless policy and issues within the City.
The Committee assists with reviewing the state of homelessness in the City of Novato, by planning, advocating, supporting, and collaborating with those affected by homelessness.

Presented annually by the Novato Chamber of Commerce, Novato’s 2023 State of the City Address will be held in person at Novato City Hall, 901 Sherman Avenue on April 6, 2023 at 5pm. Discussion will include a look back on 2022 and highlights of upcoming projects and programs for the new year.
