We want to hear from you! Please join us for a community workshop to provide your input on possibilities for redeveloping and revitalizing the City-owned “Lands-to-Parks” properties in Hamilton, including:

• Town Center Site  (APN 157-690-47)
• Bachelor’s Officers Quarters (BOQ)/Officers Club Site  (APN 157-690-53)

• Commissary Site (APN 157-970-03)

WHEN: Saturday, April 22, 2017; 2-4pm

WHERE: Hamilton Community Center, 503 S Palm Drive, Novato

Last year, the City negotiated with the National Parks System, that lifted deed restrictions from these properties and added 93 acres of open space. The intent of lifting those restrictions was to allow for public/private opportunities in order to rehabilitate  and revitalize these properties.
