Project Description
Hamilton Square involves the remediation of contaminated soil and the subsequent construction of 31 for-sale townhomes on a 2.7-acre site. Remediation activities involve removal of soil contaminated by the past operation of a Navy gas station and import of clean soil to backfill excavated areas. A CEQA Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration has been prepared for the project and may downloaded at the project webpage listed below.
