This service request is for non-emergency requests and is monitored only during business hours (see below). Emergency requests, such as sewer backups, water main breaks, and downed trees blocking a street should be reported by calling the phone numbers below.

NOTE: To report issues to the Novato Police Department (including abandoned vehicles, theft, etc...), please File a Police Report which is available online in English and Spanish. These reports will be routed directly to Novato PD.
