Submit an online service request

Use this online form to submit your service request and it will be routed directly to the appropriate City department for resolution. This service request is for non-emergency requests and is monitored only during business hours (see below). Emergency requests, such as sewer backups, water main breaks, and downed trees blocking a street should be reported by calling the phone numbers below.
