Front Desk Ambassador
Ambassadors greet the public, welcome people into the Center, provide program information, and answer questions. Duties include answering phones, giving tours of the Center, signing up people for trips and special events, and clerical projects such as filing and typing. If you enjoy working in a team environment and want to provide quality customer service to the public, this may be the volunteer opportunity for you! Morning shift is 9AM-1PM and the afternoon shift is 1PM-5PM.
The Margaret Todd Senior Center has a free lending library. As Center librarian, you will spend time organizing, sorting and restocking the books. Duties include clearing out the book return bin and restocking the shelves. If you enjoy organizing, this may be the position for you. 1 hour – time schedule is flexible, two days per week.
The Center holds special events such as dances, barbecues, donut days, flea markets, the Holiday Crafts Faire and more! Duties range from decorating, blowing up balloons, and selling tickets to preparing refreshments for guests. If you enjoy fun and festive events, this may be the position for you.
Flowerpot gardeners care for the flowerpots outside of the Center entrance. Duties include weeding, deadheading flowers, and watering. If you enjoy gardening, this may be the volunteer opportunity for you. 1 hour - time schedule is flexible, Mondays or Fridays

Submit the form to the Margaret Todd Senior Center, 1560 Hill Road, Novato. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM.
Staff will review your application and contact you to set up an interview.

All Club activities take place at the Margaret Todd Senior Center unless otherwise specified.
