Description
Proposed development of 66 for-sale single-family residences and site improvements that include access, parking areas, common space and landscaping at a portion of the 12.93-acre project site where the existing office building (100 Wood Hollow) is currently located. The single-family residential units will range in size from approximately 2,200 to 2,600 square feet and will all be two-story units with peak heights of approximately 27.8-feet and will also include a 2-car garage and private yard areas. On-site improvements will include an additional 24 guest parking stalls. Of the proposed 66 units, 21.21% (14 units) will be affordable to low-income households, based on area median income (AMI), the remaining 52 units will be market rate units. The proposed average lot size is approximately 2,634 square feet and ranges in size from 2,300 to 3,735 square feet.
