Description
Proposed residential development that includes 61 attached and detached single-family residences with 45 attached junior accessory dwelling units (JADUs) and 20 townhome-style condominium units for a total of 126 residential units on a 37.6-acre site. Approximately 20 of the 37-acre site would be designated as open space area. Building heights would range from 30 to 45 feet in height. Townhomes would be located on the southeast portion of the site and the single-family residences would be located in the northern portion of the site. Homes would range from approximately 1,800 to 3,000 square feet. Sixteen units would be designated as affordable, consist with the City’s Affordable Housing Requirements Ordinance.
Location
On the west side of Redwood Blvd, near its intersection with Pinkston Road, approximately ½ mile north of San Marin Drive.
