Description
Proposed residential development, submitted pursuant to Government Code Section 65912.110 et seq. (AB 2011), that includes 301 units and no on-site parking on a 2±-acre site. The five-story building, with a proposed height of 65 feet, 6 inches, includes a mix of studios and 1-bedroom apartments. Ninety percent (90%) of the units would be affordable to low-income households and ten percent (10%) to very low-income households, based on area median income (AMI). Additionally, three (3) two-bedroom market-rate manager units are proposed. The applicant assumes an unlimited density based on proximity to transit.
