Description

Proposed 100,225 square-foot self-storage facility on a 1.7-acre site that includes the construction of four buildings that contain 633 self-storage units, a manager’s office, and ancillary improvements. Three of the proposed buildings are single-story with heights up to 20 feet, and range in size from 1,800 to 8,425 square feet; and one of the proposed buildings is 3 stories tall with a primary height of 35 feet, and a peak height of 40 feet for building portions that accommodate the elevators and stairwells and is 86,150 square feet in floor area. An on-site 1,200 square-foot management office would be located in one of the 4 buildings. The management office and storage building are proposed to be open 7 days per week. Ancillary improvements include on-site parking stalls, landscaping, stormwater bio-retention, security fences, and a gated entry system.
