Description
Proposed residential development, submitted pursuant to Government Code Section 65912.110 (AB 2011). The project includes 5,335 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, 209 studio and 1-bedroom residential units. Forty-two (42) on-site vehicle parking spaces are proposed. The building would be 6-stories, with a maximum building height of 78 feet. Approximately eighty-nine (88.5%) of the units would be affordable to low-income households, and approximately ten percent (10.05%) would be affordable to very low-income households based on area median income (AMI), along with three (3) market rate manager units.
