Description
Proposed mixed-use project, submitted pursuant to California Government Code Section 65912.110 (AB 2011). The project proposes merging two existing parcels into one parcel and constructing a mixed used development thereon, including 56-apartments (52 one-bedroom and 4 studio units) and 1,735 square feet of ground floor commercial space in a 5 story (64’-4”) building. The apartments, excluding a manager’s unit, would be reserved for very low (6 units) and low (49 units) income households. The project does not propose any on-site parking.
