Join the Planning Commission at a community workshop on Monday, May 6 at 7pm at Novato City Hall, 901 Sherman Avenue to provide your feedback on draft proposals to regulate and tax commercial cannabis facilities in Novato.

Staff will present details of a draft ordinance which will regulate the size, number, and locations of commercial cannabis activities. Additionally, details of a proposed cannabis business tax to potentially be placed on the November 2019 ballot will be discussed.

Currently, a moratorium for all commercial cannabis-related activities is in effect until November 14, 2019.
