It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that the most complete and current version of the bid documents has been downloaded or otherwise obtained, including addenda. Only those changes made by the City in the form of written addenda will be accepted. Incomplete bids will not be accepted.
All City of Novato drawings are 24" x 36". Prospective bidders who do not have plotting or printing capability for this size document should contact a local commercial printer--the commercial printer can access the City of Novato website and download the documents.
Note: If the document size is changed from 24" x 36" to any other size, the scale will not be accurate.
